... is situated on the shores of Lake Ontario, just West of Mississauga and about a 30 minute drive from Toronto.  This vibrant town is packed with charm and considered by many to be one of the most desirable  communities in Canada in which to reside.

        
From a recreation point of view, Oakville has plenty to offer.  There are three picturesque harbours with thousands of sailboats and power boats.

There are over 2,400 acres of parkland, with hiking trails.  Golfers have access to seven golf courses, including the Glen Abbey Golf Course which was the home of the Canadian Open for many years and is considered a world class golf course.  Facilities exist to accommodate almost every recreational need.
